Stock management and replenishment

Keep the next stock move easy to find.

AutoStockPilot is a stock-management and replenishment workspace for golf-club pro-shop teams. It is designed to help staff find a product and its stockroom location for a top-up, while managers keep stock and target levels in view.

Configure a shop’s own products, locations and displays, then use the saved stock records to guide daily lookups and reviewed top-ups.

Start with shop photos

For a first item, owners and managers add photos of the product, display and stockroom. AutoStockPilot suggests details and a location to review; the team sets opening counts and confirms before saving.

Find a requested variant

Staff can photograph a configured product and ask, “Do we have this shirt in medium?” AI suggests a catalog match from the photo and the question narrows it to a configured size or colour. The selected record shows saved quantity and exact stockroom location; uncertain matches are called out rather than guessed.

Review top-ups and stock levels

Staff photograph a configured display, review product photos, recommended pick quantities, remaining quantities and exact source locations, adjust picks and confirm. Owners and managers maintain counts, display targets and low-stock thresholds; threshold crossings are recorded and emailed to them.

A photo can suggest a match; it does not estimate or change a saved stock count. Staff review and confirm every pick.

Illustrative sample shop

From “where did we put it?” to a confirmed pick.

Before: in this fictional example, a slightly disorganized pro-shop relies on memory to find the right size in the back.

Illustrative end state: each brand and variant has its own confirmed count and saved shelf or bin across the Main stockroom and Overflow stockroom. Staff can check the exact source and review a suggested pick in the same workspace.

This fictional scenario uses sample records in the real AutoStockPilot workflow. It is not a customer story or achieved customer result. Any time saving is not measured.
